Meat Cuisine is an Auckland based, family operated company owned and managed by Terry Lillis.

Terry Lillis has almost 40 years butchery experience, the last 25 years of which have been spent supplying chef ready product to the top of the New Zealand Hotel and Restaurant Trade through Meat Cuisine.

Approved Supplier Certificate

Meat Cuisine has been found to comply with the requirements of the AsureQuality (formerly called AgriQuality) Approved Supplier programme for the following products:

Raw meats (Lamb, beef, pork and chicken) products, bacon and small goods. Cooked and smoked chicken and meat products.

Certificate of Registration

Before you can open any food premises for business, a Certificate of Registration is required under the food hygiene regulations 1974. This certificate will only be issued when the premises complies with the standards set out in these regulations.

For businesses where food is manufactured, prepared, packed or stored for the purpose of wholesale from the premises, an approval from the medical officer of Health is required before any Certificates of registration can be issued.

Food Safety Certificate

This course introduces participants to food safety within the food industry, covering the concepts of personal hygiene recommendations, prevention and control of contamination and correct temperature recording.
