Meat Cuisine have just won a silver medal for their 'Auckland Blue Sausage'.

The Great New Zealand Sausage Competition is organised by Retail Meat New Zealand and is New Zealand’s premier sausage judging event.

Sausages are judged over two days, in fresh and cooked form. Judges assess entries based on visual appeal, flavour, texture and composition and award Gold, Silver and Bronze medals.
