BBQ Steak And Vegetable Medley .

INGREDIENTS
Meat Cuisine Sirloin Steak
1 Green Capsicum
1 Orange Capsicum
1 Zucchini
300g Mushrooms
1 Large Red Onion

METHOD
Vegetable Medley:
Cut capsicums in half and deseed.
Peel onion and cut of ends.
Cut all vegetables into medium-sized slices.
Brush lightly with oil and grill for 2-3 minutes on each side.

Steak:
Place steak on preheated BBQ plate and season with salt and pepper. Cook to your preference.

Serve steak and vegetable medley together with garnishing of your choice.
