Schnitzel BoscaiolaINGREDIENTS:Olive oil1 onion, finely chopped 2 cloves Garlic crushed & chopped finely. 150g Streaky bacon ,chopped 200g mushrooms, sliced 250ml cream 1/3 parsley leaves, chopped 500g Meat Cuisine Beef Schnitzel Salt & Pepper to taste. METHOD:1. Heat oil in pan. Add bacon, onion and garlic , cook until onion is clear and soft.2. Add mushrooms, parsley and cream. Bring to a gentle boil, then reduce the heat to a simmer. 3. Keep stirring until sauce has reached a thick & creamy consistency then add salt and pepper to taste. 4.In another pan (while making sauce) fry your beef schnitzel until crispy 5.Pour over schnitzel and serve. |
