Flatbread Steak Sammie

Ingredients:

10 Button Mushrooms, sliced
1 onion chopped
1 Tomato Sliced
Lettuce, shredded
1/2 Cup Mayonnaise
Pinch Salt & Pepper
1/4t Thyme
1/4t Dill
200g Steak per person
1 flatbread per person

Method:

1.Saute mushrooms and onions in a pan until the onions are nice and soft.
2. Place flat bread in pre-heated oven to warm.
3.In a bowl mix together cup mayonnaise, salt, pepper, thyme, and dill.
4.Season steak with salt and pepper. Place in non-stick frypan and cook for 3-4 minutes on each side.
5. Let steak sit for a few minutes before slicing into thin strips.
6.Spread 1T of the herbed mayonnaise on the entire length of the flatbread.
7.Add steak slices(as much as you want), then some of the mushrooms and onion.
8.Top chopped lettuce and sliced tomato.
9. Fold over the top of your flat bread (you may want to secure it with a toothpick down the middle.
