Balsamic Chops

Serves 4

Ingredients:

• 4 x 100% New Zealand pork loin chops
• 1 cup Balsamic Vinaigrette or French Dressing

Method:

1. Place chops and vinaigrette in a resealable plastic bag in refrigerator for two hours or overnight. Turn occasionally.
2. Drain well and cook on the grill of pre-heated BBQ medium heat until cooked (6-8 minutes per side).
3. Only turn the chops once - be patient - good things take time.
