Butter Chicken Curry Spice Mix

Cape Herb & Spice has collected all the herbs and spices for your recipe, all you have to do is add the sachet to the recipe on the back.

Butter Chicken Curry
You will need
1 large onion
3 tbsp butter
800g Chicken Breast
2 tbsp Tomato Paste
1 tin chopped tomatoes
125ml Cream

Method
Saute onion in butter and CHS spice mix for 4 minutes.
Add chicken along with tomato paste and saute for 5 minute.
Add chopped tomato and simmer for 10 mins then add cream.
Serve sprinkled with nuts, coriander and steamed rice.
