1. Pre-heat oven to 180.
2.In a medium sized bowl, combine salt, pepper and thyme ;sprinkle evenly over chicken thighs in shallow dish.
3. Stir together 1/2 c honey,1/2 c mustard,and garlic and pour over chicken thighs. Cover and chill for 2 hours.
4. Remove chicken from marinade. Dredge chicken in pecans; place on a lightly greased rack or on aluminum foil.
5. Bake for 40 minutes or until chicken is cooked through and coating is crisp.
6.Stir together honey, mustard and curry powder and serve as a sauce with chicken.
